Things to know
Ages 10+; weight range 60–250 lbs and minimum height 4 ft; closed heel and toe athletic shoes required. Tours run rain or shine. Guests should be comfortable with uneven terrain and stairs; not for pregnant guests or those with heart conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before tour time. For illness or medical emergency, a local Maui doctor’s note is required for a full refund. Tours run rain or shine and rain jackets may be provided; no refunds for inclement weather. Tours may be canceled for extreme high winds, thunder, or lightning.

FAQs
Fully closed heel and toe athletic shoes are required. Dress for cooler mountain temperatures. No backpacks or fanny packs.
Cameras and cell phones are not recommended due to heights and potential rainfall. Lost items cannot be retrieved from the 200 foot valley floor.
Children must be at least 10 years old. Ages 10–17 must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
