- A $200 security deposit is required on arrival. Present a major credit card, not a debit card, in the renter's name to sign the rental contract
- Drive only on roads with a 35 mph speed limit or less. Do not drive on Third Avenue or South Atlantic/A1A, though you may cross them
- Use the prepaid beach pass at all 5 beach access ramps only when the beach is open; access depends on time of day, tide, and capacity
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your rental start time
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for beach closures or bad weather. Cancellations received at least 5 days before the rental date receive store credit only. Cancellations within 5 days and no-shows forfeit the reservation and receive no store credit.
