Important details

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate the cart.
• Drive only within Key West, Stock Island, and Key Haven. Driving past Key Haven on US-1 is illegal.
• Obey all traffic laws and drive responsibly. Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs; doing so can result in a DUI and other legal consequences.
• If an infant rides, bring an appropriate child-restraint seat. Infant and rear-facing seats are not provided. Ensure the seat is suitable for your child and properly installed and secured.
• Booster seats are intended primarily for children ages 2 and older. Determine whether a booster is appropriate for your child and follow all applicable child-safety requirements. As the parent or guardian, you assume responsibility and liability for children riding in the cart, to the extent permitted by law.
