• Bring proof of your valid driver’s license and your booking confirmation or reservation name
• Drive only on permitted city roads with speed limits under 35 mph; no Highway 98, bike paths, sidewalks, trails, beach, or sand
• Wear seatbelts at all times, keep all passengers seated, and never allow a minor to steer
• Keep the key with you, park properly, and keep the cart plugged in when not in use
• Inspect the cart before use and report existing damage; report any new damage immediately
• A credit card is required for a $300-per-cart damage-deposit authorization
• Return the cart fully charged and cleaned out; carts below 70% battery at pickup incur a $100 fee
• Expect a $150-per-day late-return fee; rule violations can end rental privileges without refund and add a $500 fee
• You are responsible for citations, fines, damage, theft, lost accessories, and related repair or replacement costs
• Optional Damage Protection costs 10% of the rental total and is not insurance
