Important details

• Drivers must be ages 21+ with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Complete the rental agreement and participation waiver before the rental; passengers complete the participation waiver
• Drive only on roads with speed limits of 35 mph or below
• Wear seat belts at all times; shoes and eye protection are required
• A $300 security deposit is required and returned if no damage occurs; $1,000 is collected for damage
• Delivery fees are not included: $100 for 1–5 miles and $150 for 6–15 miles; farther delivery may cost $150–$200 or more
• Rentals delivered more than 15 miles away require a 3-day minimum, with a distance-based delivery charge
• On-site parking requires a $10 pass per vehicle; 24-hour parking is not permitted unless approved, when it costs $25
• For gasoline carts, return with a full tank; refueling costs are at least $20 and may include fuel used plus a $20 convenience fee
• Late returns incur an $80-per-hour fee; after-hours late returns incur an $85 fee plus a 24-hour rental rate
