- Ages 21+ only for the primary renter
- Bring a valid photo ID if you are the primary renter
- A valid boater safety card is required to operate a motorboat if born on or after December 31, 1986
- All participants must complete a liability waiver; a parent or guardian must sign for participants under 18
- An emergency contact name and phone number are required
- The designated driver must operate the boat for the entire rental
- Towable water sports equipment and reckless operation are not permitted
- Rentals may be delayed or canceled due to weather, river conditions, or safety concerns

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for rescheduling depending on availability. No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the reservation without refund. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather, river conditions, or safety concerns.
