Things to know
You must be 21+ with valid ID; no one under 21 is permitted, and margaritas are limited to 2 per person. Weight limit is up to 250 lbs, riders must be able to mount with minimal assistance, and pregnant women are not permitted to ride. Wrangler gratuities are not included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours before for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are nonrefundable. Date changes have a $50 booking change fee; you may reschedule once.

Bring a valid ID and plan to check in 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
Wear jeans or pants and closed-toe shoes. Do not wear flip-flops, sandals, Crocs, or high heels.
Helmets are provided at no charge and are strongly recommended. If you do not sign the waiver section refusing protective headgear, you must wear a helmet.
