Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time for check-in
- Ages 21+ only; bring valid photo ID
- Complete a liability waiver before riding
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; boot heels cannot exceed 1 inch
- Wear jackets rather than tying them around your waist
- Leave bags, purses, and backpacks behind while riding
- Secure cameras or phones in a shirt pocket or with a wrist strap
- Weight limit 250 lbs; requires mounting and dismounting the horse independently
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- No smoking during the ride or alcohol before or during the ride
- Ride at a walking pace only, remain with the group, and follow wrangler instructions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are nonrefundable.

Bring a valid ID and plan to check in 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
Wear jeans or pants and closed-toe shoes. Do not wear flip-flops, sandals, Crocs, or high heels.
Helmets are provided at no charge and are strongly recommended. If you do not sign the waiver section refusing protective headgear, you must wear a helmet.
