After full payment, a 10% nonrefundable deduction applies, including weather cancellations, unless the operator cancels. No refund within 30 days; 30–60 days: 50% refund or full-value credit; over 60 days: refund capped at 90%. For July 1–November 1 bookings, refunds are capped at 50% cash plus 40% in future-use vouchers.
