Important details
- Bicycle-riding ability is required.
- Bring the credit card used for your booking and matching valid photo ID to pickup. The cardholder’s name must match the name on your booking.
- If you drive, nearby paid parking is not included in the listed price. There is no parking at the rental shop.
- Helmets are required for minors. Each minor also requires an individual rental waiver completed by their parent.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Late pickup may result in your rental being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and rentals booked within 24 hours of pickup are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels your rental for any reason, including weather, and you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.

Yes. Lock your bike to the rack beside the rental shop's driveway gate/fence. If the rack is full, lock it to the chain-link gate/fence instead. Place all bike lights and keys in the drop box in the shop's front wall.
