• A $750 damage deposit is charged on the day of rental and is not included in the listed price; credit card only, no debit cards
• Operators cannot have a DUI, DWI, BUI, BWI or similar infraction within the past 3 years
• Ensure children under 13 wear a personal flotation device at all times; one can be provided if needed
• Use a designated driver if anyone will be drinking alcohol onboard
