Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before the 9 PM Eastern start time
- Ages 16+ only; ages 16–17 must attend with a parent or legal guardian
- Sign a waiver before your visit
- Wear sturdy walking or running shoes or boots; flip-flops and sandals are not permitted
- Leave drugs, alcohol, guns, tasers, fireworks, and all weapons at home
- Stay out of prison areas restricted for safety
Cancellation Policy
Notify us 30 days before your scheduled tour to cancel. Later cancellation requests are offered rescheduling only. If a concert or other large event is scheduled on the grounds, your tour may be rescheduled at a discounted rate.
FAQs
Schedule your overnight investigation at least 24 hours in advance.
Dress warmly in fall and winter; the prison can be up to 10 degrees cooler inside than outside. Normal summer apparel is fine.
