- Boat operator must be age 21+ and present a valid photo driver's license at check-in
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must carry a Florida boating safety education ID card or temporary certificate
- Boating experience is not required, but operators must demonstrate basic understanding during orientation
- Stay within the operating boundaries explained at check-in
- Captain must remain sober while operating the boat
- No diving or jumping from the boat while it is moving
- Return all rentals by 6 pm
- Not recommended for serious mobility limitations
- A pet fee applies and is not included in the listed price
