Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for no-shows.

The zipline tour with transportation requires at least 6 passengers to operate.
Complete a waiver for every participant with their full name and tour date. Participants ages 18+ complete an adult waiver. For ages 17 and under, complete a minor waiver with the minor's information at the top and an adult's information on the same waiver at the bottom.
Bring sunblock and any jungle-appropriate protection or spare clothes you may need, such as a hat or sunglasses.
