- Access the preserve by shuttle bus or a 0.6-mile uphill hike on an unimproved road
- Expect unpaved walking paths and natural terrain hazards, especially in rain, snow, or ice
- Dress for outdoor conditions; the preserve has no shelter from inclement weather
- Leave pets at home; pets cannot remain in your car on the premises
- Service animals require advance notice
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 2 weeks ahead for a full refund. Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours' notice. Late arrivals are no-shows with no refund or reschedule. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
