- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time
- Adult e-bike riders must be ages 15+ and at least 5 feet tall
- Kids bikes are for ages 14 and under
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Complete the rental agreement before arrival; a parent or guardian must complete it for minors
- Bring a government-issued photo ID, the credit card used for booking, and closed-toe shoes
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 72 hours or more notice. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the 50% deposit. Full refund if the operator cancels due to poor weather.
