Know before you go
- Complete and bring a printed waiver before entering the water; participants under 18 need a parent or guardian signature
- Wear a wristband before using the pond, inflatables, or beach area
- The deep inflatable obstacle course is for ages 5+; ages 4 and under may use the shallow end only
- Adult supervision is required
- Wear a life vest at all times in the pond; bring your own if you weigh under 50 pounds
- Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty
- Enter feet first and do not dive, flip, or swim underneath inflatables
- Do not bring dogs, glass, Styrofoam coolers, personal tubes, or rafts
- Do not smoke in the inflatables, pond, or beach area
- Expect hours to change due to weather or campground discretion
- Replacement charges apply for equipment that is not properly returned, is lost, or is intentionally damaged
- Expect photography and video during normal operating hours for website and advertising use
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable except when it is raining at Sandy Shores, when your deposit is refunded or your trip is rescheduled. No refunds are given after equipment has been taken out. Inclement-weather cancellations are at management's discretion.
FAQs
Wear a swimsuit, shorts, or other clothing you are comfortable swimming in. Bring sunscreen and a hat or visor for sun exposure. Bring your own life vest if you weigh under 50 pounds.
You cannot use rentals if you cannot swim, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, take prescription medication that may endanger your safety on the pond, or have neck, back, or other conditions that rental equipment could irritate.
Leave valuables at home or locked out of sight in your vehicle. Keep keys off the pond and in a cooler.
