- A $750 damage-deposit hold is placed on your card and released within 7 days if there is no damage; repair costs above $750 may be charged
- Return with a full 20-gallon tank of 91-octane gas or expect a separate $8-per-gallon refueling charge not included in the listed price
- Arrive on time; arrivals 30–60 minutes late incur a separate $50 late-arrival fee
- Bring up to 2 dogs and keep them off the seats; dog-related damage may be charged to your card

Full refund 21+ days before your trip; 50% refund 14–21 days before; no refund less than 14 days before. Full refund if extreme weather affects all 8 hours of your rental.
