- Wear protective footwear suitable for the ocean. Seal anything non-waterproof in watertight containers or bags
- Stand-up paddleboards are used only when the tide is at least 1 foot and rising; double kayaks are offered as an alternative
- The route, departure time, and operating days may change with wind, tides, and weather
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund or credit. Cancellations 48–72 hours before departure receive a 90% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
