Cancel at least 7 days before your booking for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Bring a valid photo ID, swimsuit or quick-dry clothing, water shoes or strapped sandals, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses with a strap, snacks and drinks, a waterproof phone case or dry bag, and a towel and change of clothes. Rafts allow coolers up to 50 quarts.
