Important details

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Golf-cart use is generally not recommended for children under 2. Infant and rear-facing child seats are not provided. If bringing an infant, supply an appropriate child-restraint seat and ensure it is suitable, properly installed, and secured.
• For any child riding, ensure the restraint is appropriate and complies with applicable safety requirements. You assume responsibility and liability for the child to the extent permitted by law.
• Follow all traffic laws and do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Drive only within Key West, Stock Island, and Key Haven. Driving a golf cart past Key Haven on US-1 is illegal.
• Allow up to 2 hours for same-day bookings.
