- You are responsible for the cost of damage to rental equipment or marina property
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation for equipment checkout and instruction
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund or credit when you cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation. No refunds or rebooking for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Rain or bad weather within 48 hours does not qualify for a refund or rebooking. If Lake Estes cancels for lightning or unforeseen circumstances, receive a full refund or credit.
