- Arrive 15 minutes before your rental
- Boat operators must be ages 21+ and present a valid photo ID at check-in
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 require a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation (FWC) boating safety education ID card or Florida temporary certificate
- Operators must demonstrate a basic understanding of boating during orientation
- Stay within the navigation boundaries reviewed at check-in
- Return all rentals by 6 PM
- Remain sober while operating the boat
- No diving or jumping from the boat while it is moving
- Not recommended for serious mobility limitations
- A pet fee applies; the amount is not specified

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
