Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund minus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows receive no refund. The activity runs rain or shine. If severe weather forces closure, your visit will be rescheduled.
