Important details

• Ages 8+ only. Children must be over 150 cm tall.
• Children aged 8–15 require a paying adult to accompany them, with no more than 3 children per adult.
• Weight limit: 136 kg.
• Requires walking unaided at a moderate pace while wearing safety equipment weighing up to 9 kg. Intermediate fitness is recommended.
• This activity is not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible and is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility.
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions, including high blood pressure or epilepsy.
• At 20 weeks pregnant or later, participation is not permitted. If under 20 weeks pregnant, bring a Medical Clearance Form signed by your medical practitioner within 21 days of the climb.
• If aged 75 or over, bring a Medical Clearance Form signed by your doctor within 21 days of the climb.
• A breath test is required at check-in, and your blood-alcohol concentration must be below 0.05%. You may be refused participation if you appear intoxicated.
• Read the health and safety information and sign a liability waiver before participating.
• Wear closed-toe shoes with rubber soles.
• Leave phones, cameras, tablets, GoPros and other loose items in your locker. Remove jewellery and watches before the climb.
• Hand any medication needed during the experience to your climb leader at check-in.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time.
