Courses have a 7-day cancellation policy. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the experience.

No. Solo diving from the vessel is not allowed. If no other single divers are available, you may be asked to hire a guide.
Tips are appreciated but never expected. Customary gratuities for guides and instructors are 20% of the course price and are separate from boat crew tips.
