- A valid driver's license is required. Bring your license to the rental.
- Advanced riding experience is required; this outing is not recommended for beginners.
- One rider per snowmobile; passengers are not permitted.
- A $1,000 security deposit, separate from the listed price, will be held on your card during the reservation and released after return inspections. You are responsible for all machine damage and lost rental income.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. You'll receive a full tank and are responsible for the fuel you use. If you refuel, use non-ethanol 91-octane fuel; otherwise, the operator will refuel the machine and charge your card.
- Guide gratuity is not included in the listed price.
- Sign the waiver before arrival.
- Routes, terrain, and departure timing may change due to weather, snow conditions, or operational needs.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations at least 7 days before the rental date, 10% of your booking is retained as a processing fee. Within 7 days, the operator will try to rebook your equipment; you'll receive credit for any portion rebooked, less a 10% processing fee. Special terms may apply to large groups or custom packages.
