Know before you go

• Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time; late arrivals move to the next available time slot
• Ages 9+ only
• Minimum height: 55 inches
• Weight limit: 275 lbs
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Wear closed-toe shoes with a back strap, sleeved dry clothing, and shorts or pants
• Skirts, dresses, sleeveless tops, swimwear, jackets, sweatshirts, drawstring tops, open shoes, heels, and loose jewelry are not allowed
• Secure cameras and recording devices to your head or chest; secure eyewear with head straps
• Bring a completed waiver for each participant
• Present the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID at check-in
