Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time
- Ages 9+ only; minimum height 55 inches and maximum weight 275 lbs
- Wear closed-toe shoes; Crocs, flip-flops, high heels, sandals, skirts, dresses, sleeveless tops, swimwear, jackets, sweatshirts, and loose jewelry are not permitted
- Secure cameras and video devices to your head or chest, and secure eyewear with head straps
- Minors ages 9–14 must climb with a participating adult at all times
- Bring a completed waiver for each participant; a parent or guardian must sign for minors ages 18 and under
- Nonparticipating parents and companions must wait outside Jungle Island
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID for check-in; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
