- Arrive a few minutes before your session. Sessions end at their scheduled time to allow cleanup for the next group.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Cancel an individual booking with at least 24 hours' notice to receive a credit or reschedule. Party reschedules require 3 days' notice. You may reschedule once. No-shows are charged the full price of the missed booking with no reschedule.
