Know before you go
- Ages 10+ only
- Arrive early for check-in and keep your booking number handy
- Players ages 10–11 require a playing parent or guardian who stays within sight
- Players ages 12+ may play independently after an adult checks them in and confirms the waiver
- A parent or guardian must remain on site for players under 16
- Present the credit card used for booking and matching photo ID at check-in; all names must match
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-refundable. You may reschedule once for unforeseen circumstances at least 48 hours before your visit. No-shows incur a $100 charge and cannot be rescheduled.
