Important details

• Ride only in bike lanes and designated cycling paths; sidewalk riding is prohibited
• No off-roading, extreme terrain, or e-bike use after dark
• Follow traffic laws and bike lane rules
• A mandatory theft insurance add-on applies; the amount is not specified
• Photograph the locked e-bike with its security tag visible before leaving it unattended
• Lock the frame and/or rear tire with the security tag visible when leaving the e-bike unattended
• For theft coverage, file a police report; a $399 deductible applies when required protocols are met, otherwise a $2,100 replacement charge applies
• Late returns incur a $15 fee for every 15 minutes after a 15-minute grace period
