- Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Keep your dog leashed throughout the cruise; loud or aggressive dogs are not allowed.

- Complete check-in at least 20 minutes before departure. Allow extra time to find parking, which can be limited. The boat departs on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are final and non-refundable. You may adjust your reservation within 24 hours of booking if departure is at least 24 hours away. Cruises proceed in heat, cold or rain when safe. Weather cancellations receive a full refund within 24 hours. For other operator cancellations, you'll be offered a full refund or alternative arrangements where possible.
