• All ages are welcome. Children ages 0–4 require a paying adult companion. Senior tickets are for ages 62+.
• The museum is wheelchair-accessible.
• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave.
• Do not bring outside food, drinks, bottles, firecrackers, lasers, or other dangerous or disruptive items.
• Do not smoke or drink alcohol inside the museum. Violations result in removal.
• You may be refused entry or service without a refund if you appear intoxicated.
• Opening hours are Wednesday–Saturday, 10 am–4 pm, and Sunday, noon–4 pm. Last admission is at 3 pm.
• The museum is closed Mondays, Tuesdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day. Private events may also close the museum to the public, and hours may change.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled visit.
