- Wear a United States Coast Guard-approved life jacket and kill-switch lanyard while operating
- Stay seated, follow wake-zone and speed-limit signs, and remain within designated GPS operating zones
- Do not operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol, tow people or vessels, beach the Jetcar, or leave the boat except in an emergency
- Rides do not operate in inclement weather or low visibility

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations, weather changes, or no-shows. Reschedule at no additional cost with at least 24 hours' notice; use rescheduled bookings within 18 months, subject to availability.
FAQs
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, bring a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA)-approved boating safety course card (temporary certificates accepted). Bring the credit card used for booking for verification.
Come dressed for a swim. You’ll stay mostly dry, but you may get wet when getting in and out of the Jetcar. Reef-safe sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.
You must be at least 18 years old to ride and at least 21 years old to operate or rent. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must carry a boating safety education card plus a photo ID while operating.
