- Complete a waiver for every member of your party before arrival
- Arrive 5 minutes early; late arrivals reduce or may eliminate your water time
- Ages 8–15 require a parent or guardian-signed float agreement and an adult age 18+ on the water at all times
- Ages 16–17 require a parent or guardian-signed float agreement
- Expect a $30 late fee per boat for returns more than 15 minutes after your reserved time; this fee is not included in the listed price
- Season Pass holders are subject to a $20 no-show fee, not included in the listed price

Plan ahead, as parking near Ballpark Boathouse can be difficult. Metered street parking and garage parking are available in the area; public transportation is encouraged.
