Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your charter for a 100% refund. Cancel within 10 days and forfeit the 50% deposit. No-shows and cancellations on the day before or day of the charter are charged the full price. If the captain cancels due to severe weather, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration advisories, or unsafe circumstances, you can rebook or receive a 100% refund.

Children age 6 and younger must wear a Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device while aboard. A life jacket can be provided based on your child’s weight, or you may bring your own Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
