- Participants age 18+ must complete a waiver at least 3 hours before arrival
- Leave cell phones, cameras, personal electronics, food, and drinks outside the escape room; use the free lockers for electronics
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time; arrivals more than 5 minutes late will be refused entry
Cancellation Policy
No refunds, including for personal reasons or weather. You may substitute another participant. Reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation; changes made within 24 hours incur a $50 change fee.
