Maximum total weight is 500 lb per kayak. All ages are welcome. Gratuities are not included; clarify the recommended amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Yes. This lock route requires a passage permit from the Fox River NSA. You must purchase a one-day pass per kayak (single or double) before launch.
Dress like you’re going to the beach with comfortable, fast-drying clothing. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, water, and a snack. You can also bring a towel to use as a seat cushion and to dry off after your paddle.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled excursion.
