- Recommended for ages 12 and up because of the puzzle complexity. Younger children may participate with a paying adult.
- Sign the electronic waiver before your scheduled activity. A parent must sign for each participating minor.
- Do not take photos or videos inside the escape room. Photos are allowed in the lobby photo area.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your booking time for check-in and the rules briefing. Late arrival may reduce your time in the room.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable, including no-shows. Changes may be accommodated with at least 48 hours' notice. If the facility closes due to inclement weather, your game will be rescheduled at your convenience.
