- Ages 15–17 require an adult-signed waiver and an emergency contact number; the adult does not need to remain on site
- Participation requires no medical conditions affected by flashing lights. Continuous red flashing lights are integral to the game and cannot be modified or opted out of
- This New Smyrna Beach location cannot accommodate wheelchairs or strollers
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start for check-in and a mandatory briefing. After the 10-minute grace period, the door closes for games shared with another party and late players cannot join
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final; no cancellations or refunds. If you're sharing the room and arrive more than 10 minutes late, you cannot join; your reservation will be rescheduled with a separate fee not included in the listed price, or cancelled without a refund. For power outages, you'll receive free rescheduling to another available day, not a refund.
