Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before tour time for a refund. No-shows or cancellations after 48 hours are charged full price. Private tours require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking; non-refundable balance due 2 weeks prior. Full refund if operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
