Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 2–5 days before departure forfeit the 20% deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other safety conditions, reschedule or receive a full refund.
