Travelers consistently rave about the entire experience here, from the friendly crew to the knowledgeable naturalists who can identify individual whales by name. The staff gets special shoutouts throughout reviews, with people mentioning crew members like Kaleigh, Charity, and Captain Chris who go above and beyond to make trips memorable. Multiple guests appreciated how the boat never feels overcrowded compared to Boston departures, giving everyone space to enjoy whale sightings without jockeying for position. The onboard food and drink selection surprises people in a good way, with reasonable prices and quality that exceeds typical tourist boat fare. Whale sightings seem reliably frequent, with most trips spotting multiple humpbacks, plus bonus encounters with dolphins, seals, and other marine life. The naturalists provide engaging commentary and often circulate afterward for personal Q&A sessions, making it both fun and educational. One reviewer noted a minor disappointment when the captain chose to follow a distant whale rather than staying with three nearby ones, but this was an isolated concern. The booking process runs smoothly, and their practical tips about bringing layers prove genuinely helpful since it gets noticeably cooler offshore. Several guests mentioned returning year after year or planning immediate return trips.

Absolutely fantastic. 6 whales in one trip when I went, as well as some porpoises and a big school of fish. The ride wasn't that turbulent, the food was surprisingly good for it being cooked on a literal boat. Beer and spirits were also great, surprisingly selection of those as well. For a tourist boat, wouldn't say the food is overpriced. For the ticket price itself, 60 dollars is not overpriced at all in my opinion. That is an insane amount of value to see 6 whales in person (at least for me) for that price. Narration is great, the information is amazing and the staff truly know what they're doing. They even try to solve the problem of lot of people crowding to one side by turning the ship around so the other side also has an opportunity to see the whales. Great value, great staff, amd great whales sightseeing.
