Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.

- All participants consuming alcohol must be 21 or older
- Provide the alcohol and ice needed for the class; they are not included in the listed price
- Obtain any permits required by your event site; proof may be requested before the class begins
- Locations outside a 30-mile radius of the city center may incur additional fees not included in the listed price
- A credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price; the amount is not specified
- Instructor parking costs over $15 may incur an additional charge not included in the listed price
- Additional charges may apply for extra guests, added services, late starts, or instructor time beyond the package
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with 30+ days' notice, a 50% refund with 11–29 days' notice, and no refund with 10 days' notice or less. A full-refund 24-hour booking grace period applies except for bookings made fewer than 30 days before the event. Time changes within 7 days incur a $200 rescheduling fee.
