With a perfect track record across reviews, this Cape Cod outfit has clearly figured out the formula for hassle-free outdoor adventures. Customers rave about the incredibly convenient delivery and pickup service for bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards—equipment arrives on time, in excellent condition, and the flexible scheduling means you don't even need to be present for collection. The staff consistently goes above and beyond; one memorable story details how they helped a customer with a broken rental car, storing belongings and coordinating with the tow company during the tour. The guided kayak tours through tidal marshes earn particularly high praise, with Sam, Richard, Mike, and Abigail all mentioned by name for their knowledge of local wildlife, history, and navigation. These three-hour excursions wind past mansions and through salt marshes teeming with ospreys, cranes, and shore birds. The boats themselves are reportedly comfortable and well-maintained, impressing even self-proclaimed kayak snobs. Families return year after year, which speaks volumes about the quality and reliability you can expect.
I would definitely recommend taking a kayak tour, especially if you're new to kayaking. Our guide, Kevin, was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He provided clear instructions on proper paddling techniques, which helped everyone feel comfortable on the water. During the tour, we learned about the local wildlife and gained interesting insights about the waterways we were exploring. Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Kevin was patient and attentive throughout the trip, even towing one of our group members who was not a strong paddler. Overall, it was a fun, educational, and memorable outing, and I highly recommend it.
