Know before you go
- Arrive at the flight departure site at least 1 hour before departure
- Ages 6+ only
- Requires climbing a 6-foot ladder and passing through crew openings as narrow as 19 inches wide and 29.5 inches in diameter
- Requires sitting independently, operating your own seatbelt, and responding to flight crew commands if needed
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. If weather, sky conditions, maintenance, or airport operations delay or change the flight, it will be rescheduled later that day or the next day. If you cannot delay or reschedule, your ticket will be refunded; this is decided on the flight day. Refunds are issued for medical conditions that prevent flying.
