Cancel 24 hours before scheduled pickup for individual regular group tours of up to 6 to receive your full deposit back; 72 hours for 7 or more. Same-day reservations, no-shows, and unused spaces are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
