Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for groups of up to 6, or 72 hours before pickup for groups of 7 or more, for a full deposit refund. Same-day reservations are final and nonrefundable. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
