- Tip the crew 20%; if you cannot tip in cash or Venmo, the gratuity will be charged to your card on file
Cancellation Policy
If the operator cancels for bad weather or unsafe conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancel more than 90 days ahead for a refund minus processing, booking, and credit card fees. Cancellations 60–90 days ahead may receive a refund after deposit and fees; within 60 days, no refund. Add-ons may be nonrefundable. A 20% crew gratuity is standard and may be charged to your card.
