- Arrive 30 minutes before departure
- Drivers must be 18 or older and hold a valid driver's license; learner's permits, ID cards, and passports are not accepted
- Meet the swimming requirement
- Limit each Jet Ski to two people with a combined maximum weight of 400 lbs
- Ensure passengers can sit behind the driver
- Have a parent or legal guardian sign waivers for anyone under 18
- Watch the required safety video before arriving
- Stay with your original driver after departure; rider swaps are not permitted

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Same-day reservations are non-refundable. Same-day rescheduling may be permitted with at least 3 hours' notice, subject to schedule availability.
