Know before you go
- Arrive at the Arrival Hall 30 minutes after your cruise ship docks
- Look for the ISLAND PARADISE TOURS sign marked "Welcome to St. Kitts."
- Remain in the Arrival Hall and ask the Information Desk for Roosevelt (aka TEXAS) or Island Paradise Tours if you do not see the sign
- Expect departure one hour after your ship docks; late ships are accommodated accordingly
Cancellation Policy
Refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the tour date. Refundable for storms, illness with a doctor's note, or if the ship cannot dock; these exceptions apply to individuals, not the rest of a group tour.
